Dr. Manika Khanna, an award-winning Infertility Specialist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, leads the team at Gaudium Woman. Hailed as the youngest consistent achiever in infertility and IVF care, Dr. Manika Khanna is a name to reckon with in the medical fraternity. Known not just for her exemplary contributions to infertility treatment and Assisted Reproduction in India, but also for her compassion and commitment to her profession, she has garnered numerous honors and awards.

Trained at Melbourne IVF, Australia & the University of Kiel, Germany, Dr. Khanna founded the renowned Gaudium IVF center in Delhi in 2009 to fulfil her longstanding dream of bringing international standards of fertility care to India. The unprecedented success of this centre paved the way for Gaudium to evolve as the best IVF clinic chains in India. Nearing a decade of successful assisted reproduction facilitation through Gaudium IVF, Dr. Khanna, today, has over 8500 successful IVF treatments spanning over 30 countries to her credit.

Before Gaudium IVF Center, Dr. Khanna headed the Department for Gynecology and Obstetrics for several years at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, New Delhi. She has also served in various capacities at the prestigious Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, New Delhi.

An acclaimed infertility expert with over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Manika Khanna is a pioneer in the field of IVF and gynecology-related medical conditions in India. In 2014, Dr. Khanna created history in IVF treatment in India by successfully treating a patient with 15 previously failed IVF cycles. From treating serious infertility conditions such as recurrent IVF failure, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), to endometriosis and uterine fibroids, she has hands-on experience in effectively managing these. Besides heading a team of top fertility experts at Gaudium IVF & Gynae Solutions Centers, she also provides guidance as an active member of expert panels of infertility units at various other renowned hospitals including the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Professional Milestones & Accolades:

• Established Gaudium IVF & Gynae Solutions Centre, a state-of-the-art IVF centre in Delhi, now grown to 9 fully-equipped clinics North India.
• Conferred the DMA‬ Women Excellence Award 2016 by the Delhi Medical Association for outstanding contribution to medical profession and society.
• Awarded Woman Achiever of the Year 2015-16 for outstanding achievement in infertility and IVF treatment in India by Hon. Lt. Governor of Goa, Mrs. Mridula Sinha.
• Conferred the Mahila Achiever Award 2011 in Delhi.
• Awarded the prestigious Delhi Ratan 2008 for exemplary achievements in treatment of human infertility by Honorable Former President of India, Mrs. Pratibha Patil.
• Recognized as the Youngest Upcoming Infertility specialist at the Gynae Summit at Medical College Baroda.

Social Initiatives:

To accomplish her goal of making fertility care accessible to all, Dr. Khanna has been actively engaged in taking advanced infertility treatments to women in remote areas of India.

• Founded the Gaudium Foundation to provide free and subsidized treatment to economically weak patients.
• In 2015, initiated Naari Jeevan Strot, a unique women & child health campaign by Gaudium Foundation that has connected the largest network of cities and districts in 5 major North Indian states of Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The initiative, which provides health education and free and subsidized medical relief to the less privileged through health camps and nukkad natak (street plays), has touched the lives of nearly 10 million women and was recognized as the best philanthropy project of the year 2014-2015 by Healthcare Leaders’ Forum & Awards 2015.
• Established the Poor Patient Fund (PPF) at Gaudium IVF — a unique and innovative way for well- to-do families to donate for the treatment of underprivileged fertility patients. The initiative, which has received tremendous support from our dear patrons, provides for the treatment of 3 to 4 patients each month and has so far supported over 120 disadvantaged couples.
• Active member of the Ekta Mission, a Delhi-based organization working to provide elementary health services for underprivileged women and children.
• Working proactively for the cause of the Girl Child – felicitated by the Lions Club for raising awareness against female infanticide.
• Active ongoing participation in raising AIDS awareness through strategy-formulation summits, lectures and seminars.
• Awarded by the Ekta Mission for outstanding contribution to the field of medicine
